Vathi is the main port of Ithaca in a well hidden bay. It is a traditional village with small houses in Ionian architecture and between the small streets, you will find beautiful little houses. There is an interesting Archaelogical museum with exhibitions from pre-historic and Roman times and a Folk-Maritime Museum. Before sunset we leave the yacht back in the port and we hike up to Perahori to enjoy the amazing view and local charcoal cuisine!
